About LA HOZ
We are a ready-to-wear brand created in 2019 in Montería, Colombia, by our designer Gabriela De La Hoz. After working several years in the world of fashion, Gabriela decided to leave behind the fears that prevented her from moving forward and pursue the dream that had accompanied her since she was little. Trusting that life and God would guide her on the right path, she took this brave step.
Today, this dream is materialized through garments imbued with detail, as we recognize and value the importance of feeling unique when dressing. Our goal is to free ourselves from the restrictions that fashion imposes on women, providing timeless designs that last in wardrobes. In each collection, we offer versatile garments that adapt to a variety of occasions and possibilities of use, allowing women to live freely and faithfully to the "savoir-faire": the grace of making something. In the case of our La Hoz woman, this grace translates into enjoying life.
As a responsible fashion company and brand, we support slow fashion and are committed to creating socially, environmentally and economically responsible products. Each of our garments is made by a team of powerful women who, through the gift of their hands, have found the “superpower” to transform their realities and those of their families.
Doing our part to preserve the environment is also our responsibility. For this reason, we work with the commitment to minimize the amount of textile waste generated in our processes. We achieve this by making the most of the waste from our production, from which we obtain many of the inputs needed for the internal finishes of our garments.
