Suppliers subject their promotions to the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011.

Any natural person over 18 years of age can use coupons. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and can only be used once per customer. The maximum purchase amount for the use of coupons is 1 million pesos.

SECTION 8 – DISPATCH OF PRODUCTS

Products purchased through our DLHM Marketplace S.TO.S are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user and the delivery conditions available in our Marketplace. The user will freely choose the address of the place of delivery.

After payment is approved and the order is shipped, DLHM S.TO.S will inform the Customer by email of the delivery date of his order.

If no one receives the order at the shipping address, a second attempt will be made during the following three days. If after this attempt no one receives the order, the user must contact our Marketplace at the email address lahozinfo@gmail.com and the cost of the new shipment is assumed by the customer. If the customer does not make a new shipment during the following 5 days after the second attempt, the product is declared in a state of abandonment and there will be no compensation. In such case, DLHM S.TO.S will not be liable for products not received.

If the customer chooses payment on delivery and does not pay the full amount of the product and shipping pre-established in the order, it is understood that there is a breach of contract and the customer must pay the value corresponding to the return of the products.

It is understood that any person who is at the place indicated by the Client for the delivery of the products is authorized to receive the order, therefore, DLHM S.TO.S is exonerated from any claim arising from delivery made to the place indicated by the customer.

SECTION 9 – RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS OR REFUNDS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

DLHM S.TO.S offers its Customers the possibility of returning the purchase during the first 5 business days after delivery of the product.

The process for requesting a retraction is as follows:

  • Send an email within 5 business days after receiving the product to servicioalcliente@lahozoficia.com with the reason for the return and whether you require the same product, a different one, or a refund. Note: It is important to be very specific about the reasons for the return.
  • After the mail is reviewed by DLHM S.TO.S, the customer will receive an email with a reverse logistics guide.
  • The customer has 5 days after receiving the reverse logistics guide to take the product to the address indicated by DLHM S.TO.S.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
  • Once the product is received, the supplier performs quality control, which takes approximately 5 business days. Once the product's condition is determined and the exchange or refund is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the customer.

Refunds will only be made by bank deposit to the account specified by the customer.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If the Customer receives a product with different characteristics than those described on the page at the time of purchase, the procedure to request a product change is as follows:

  • Within 2 days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the email lahozinfo@gmail.com with the order number.
  • Once it is verified that the product arrived incorrectly, a collection guide will be sent to the customer and DLHM S.TO.S is responsible for collecting the product in the same place where it was delivered and once the wrong product has been collected, the correct product will be sent.

CANCELLATIONS

A purchase can only be cancelled if the supplier is unable to ship the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and/or other force majeure. If this occurs, the customer will be notified and the money will be refunded. The refund times vary depending on the payment method used.

The Customer can choose between the following refund methods

  • Bonus: Bonuses are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The delivery time for this refund is 2 business days.
  • Bank Deposit: The account holder must be the same one who made the purchase in www.lahoz.com. The refund will be made within 3 business days.

To cancel an order for any reason, the Customer must write an email to lahozinfo@gmail.com with the order number you wish to cancel. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped by the supplier or if they have been charged via the PayU payment gateway, the customer is responsible for any commission costs incurred.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

User accounts may be temporarily restricted or suspended for the purpose of maintenance or improvements to the site.
